During this weekend training event in Paris (thu-sun) you will discover one of Paris most hyped and popular lagree fitness studios, Snake & Twist.
You will train 2-3 megaformer classes there as well as outdoor afs (applied functional science) training, powerwalks and intervals on the stairs of montmartre.
I will show you easy "go to" movements you can do on yourself or a friend to enhance/help your lymphatic system and we will also talk about nutrition and the body's own energy currency "atp".
All this while enjoying good Parisian food at various bistros as well as (for those who want to) a night at the world famous cabaret Moulin Rouge.
The idea behind this trip is to mix different levels of wellbeing.
Mental,social,physical, nutritional...to create a "deep health" on multiple levels.

TRAVEL & LODGE
Everyone takes care of their own plane ticket and hotel booking.
I have a list of airline companies and hotels I can recommend ( see links below)
The hotels are in various price ranges depending on personal preference.
Food and drinks are also individual and not included in the training/admission fee.
For those who would like to attend the show at the Moulin Rouge there will be a possibility to get reduced price tickets.

The training and admission fee is 3475 Sek / Person (340 Euros)
